ALLERGEN, DIETARY & FOOD SAFETY INFORMATION

At MEAA, we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously and make every reasonable effort to provide accurate allergen information.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please inform a member of our team before placing your order, even if you have dined with us previously. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where all 14 major allergens are handled. Although we follow food safety procedures and take precautions to minimise cross-contact, ingredients, equipment, preparation surfaces and cooking areas may be shared. We therefore cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.

Ingredients, recipes, garnishes and suppliers may change from time to time. Please do not rely solely on previous visits, menu descriptions or dietary symbols when making allergen-related decisions.

NATURALLY OCCURRING BONES & FOOD COMPONENTS

Certain dishes, including fish, chicken, lamb and other meat products, may contain naturally occurring bones, cartilage or small bone fragments, even where the product has been filleted, deboned or prepared with care.

While our kitchen team takes reasonable precautions during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of bones or bone fragments in any fish or meat dish. We advise all guests to exercise appropriate care when consuming these dishes.

Your safety is important to us. Detailed allergen information for our dishes is available to view in-store or upon request from a member of our team. We encourage all guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements to review this information. Please speak to our Duty Manager before ordering if you have any concerns regarding allergens, ingredients or food preparation.
